For me, yoga is a journey of exploration and self-expression. It's about so much more than the physical; it’s a journey of self-discovery, connection, and truth. Through yoga, conscious dance and somatic practices I offer you a doorway toward inhabiting your body more fully so that you can listen to its wisdom, bringing you closer to the truth of your own being.
I am trained to teach Hatha and Restorative yoga and facilitate dance and gentle somatic enquiries informed by my years as a dancer and bodyworker.
I weave yoga and movement practices into my Insight Herbalism sessions - movement and stillness guided by your embodied response to the plants.
I run group restorative yoga classes one Sunday a month at Setu Studio, Clarinbridge. Check the Events page for more details.
I offer 1:1 Restorative Yoga sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays from Setu Therapy Rooms. You can book your 1:1 session on the calendar below.
