Restorative Yoga @ Setu

A cosy space for you to fully, wholly, completely rest.

I guide you into deeper and deeper states of relaxation through 90 minutes of restorative yoga postures designed to invite a quietening of the mind and body.

Postures to suit everybody. Props are provided but bring anything you need to be extra comfortable.

Women’s Circle

First Thursday of every month

A supportive community of women who come together once a month to sit in circle, share soul truths, laugh, cry, move and breathe together.

We meet on the first Thursday of each month. Bring a journal, pen and an offering for the altar if you feel to.

Plant Connection Ceremony

A plant connection circle, is a gentle space for you to drop into the truth of your own being using the plants as a guide. When we approach the plants with a humble, reverent heart, and the animist understanding that everything has a soul or spirit, we are offered a glimpse of who the plants are, and the ways they can help us to understand ourselves more deeply. No experience necessary, just an open heart.
